P.O.I.N.T., aka Turning P.O.I.N.T., will be closing be closing down after holding the Extravaganza on October 5, 2024. We will be doing a few weekends at the Caddo Lake Cabin in the Fall. 

It has been a 45 year adventure, being the first adaptive outdoor organization for and by people who have  mobility disabilities in the country. In 1979, you were still using the metal E&J wheelchairs, imagine going through the woods in that! But that is exactly what Shorty did because he knew natures healing powers. And started P.O.I.N.T. to spread the word and experience.
